We recently revitalised the exterior and interior surfaces of the new TenTops shop at the Homemaker Center Lake Haven, ensuring the space reflects their vibrant brand while prioritising durability and safety.
Here’s a glimpse into the work we delivered with care and precision:
Exterior Painting & Preparation
Our team dedicated meticulous attention to refreshing the shop’s exterior, applying TenTops’ signature bright orange hue to create a bold, welcoming presence. The process included:
• Surface Preparation: Sanding the existing paint, sealing cracks with Polyfilla S20 sealant and filling imperfections to ensure a flawless base.
• Primer Application: One coat of Dulux Total Prep Primer to enhance adhesion and longevity.
• Finish Coats: Two durable coats of Dulux Wash & Wear paint for a vibrant, weather-resistant finish.
We also addressed specific areas, such as the walls above the awning, rear sections, and right-hand side surfaces, ensuring consistency and quality across every detail.
Concrete Floor Coating & Safety Enhancements:
Inside the shop, we focused on functionality and safety by:
• Applying Avista General Purpose Concrete Sealer to protect and extend the lifespan of the flooring.
• Incorporating an anti-slip additive to prioritise safety for staff and customers.
• Creating an easy-clean surface finish to maintain the space’s polished look with minimal effort.
