Transformation of Garage at Ross Street
The garages were outdated, with bare block walls and concrete that needed a lot of love.
We started the project with an enormous clean-up job, removing all the old shelves, cleaning out all the expansion joints around the concrete that had never been cleaned and taking care of all the patchwork needed to prepare the ceiling and walls for painting.
We tested the moisture contents to ensure we had no rising dampness or leaks from the exterior walls, and after the sparky, we attended and installed modern lights.
The client wanted a unique finish that could give the garages the facelift they deserved, so we agreed on keeping light-coloured walls {Dulux snowy mountain half} and worked together to find a very uncommon blue and black flake and prepared a few sample boards, one sample board with my personal touch a special high build clear coat that makes the floor look like a mirror finish, and that is the client, and I loved
